DRAFT-FIRST <br />READING <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE A1�TENDING TITLE 1, CHAPTER 105 OF THE <br />ROSEVILLE CITY CODE <br />CONCERNING INDEI�INIFICATION OF PUBLIC OFFICIALS <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE ORDAINS: <br />SECTION 1. Title 1, Chapter 105 of the Roseville City Code is amended to <br />read: <br />105.01: DEFINITIONS: <br />For the putpose of this Chapter, the following definitions are stated: <br />COMMISSION MEMBERS: All persons serving on a commission established by the City <br />Council or by State law as a part of City government including, but not limited to, the Planning <br />Commission, a�} Civil Service Commission, Human Rights Commission, �es Public Works <br />and Transuortation Commission and Parks and Recreation Commission. This also includes any <br />member of a commission or other entity appointed or approved by the City Council, pursuant to <br />a Joint Powers Agreement with other governmental bodies. <br />EMPLOYEES: All employees of the City including part-time employees and volunteers <br />working under the direct supervision of a City employee.
