B. <br />Ordinances/Resolutions <br />Thursday, August 08, 2002 <br />As part of his review and approval of the agenda, <br />Councilmember Schroeder asked that this item be placed on <br />the agenda. <br />Attached is a copy of the department organization ordinance <br />drafted by City Attorney Jarnnik that was shared with the City <br />Council at your January 7, 2002 meeting. <br />Also attached is the portion of the minutes from that January <br />7, 2002 meeting reflecting the unanimous Council action at <br />that time to table this item indefinitely. <br />City Attorney Joel Jarnnik tells me that, if the Council wishes <br />to revisit this item, the proper motion now would be a Motion <br />to Remove the Item From the Table. That motion passes if a <br />simple majority approves the motion. <br />Neal <br />
