7.0 PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: <br />7.1 On August 7, 2002, the Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing <br />regarding the Golie request. No citizens were present to address the Commission. <br />7.2 The Commission voted (5-0) to recommend approval of the requested variance, based on <br />the findings in section 5 and conditions of Section 6 of the project report dated August 7, <br />2002. <br />8.0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION: <br />8.1 Adopt a resolution approving the request of Tim & Leslie Golie, 592 Sextant <br />Avenue for a 6% or 622 square foot variance to Section 1004.O1A6 of the Roseville <br />City Code, to allow a porch addition onto the rear (south) of the home, based on the <br />findings in Section 5 and conditions of Section 6 of the project report dated August <br />19, 2002. <br />Prepared by.
