The purpose is to provide a forum for which an independent report can be made directly to elected <br />officials with regard to the City's financial operations. A copy of the 2001 Annual Financial Report was <br />distributed to the Council several weeks ago. <br />Senior officials from the firm of Kern, DeWenter, Viere, Ltd., will provide an overview of the Annual <br />Report, as well as the audit process and any required disclosures. <br />Staff will be available for any follow-up questions if necessary. <br />Attachments <br />Enclosed is a copy of the Management Report prepared by the Kern, DeWenter, Viere, Ltd. <br />Council Action Requested <br />Accept the 2001 Annual Financial Report. <br />
