Waldock <br />Directorof communic�evelopment <br />July 29, 2002 <br />Ms. Cathy Bennett <br />Economic Development Director <br />City of Roseville <br />2660 Civic Center Drive <br />Roseville MN 55 113 <br />RE: Sp1it Entry/Level Planbook <br />Dear Ms. Bennett: <br />The Brooklyn Park Economic Development Authority (EDA), on behalf of several cities and counties, has agreed to enter into a <br />contract with Robert Gerloff Residential Architects to produce the content of the above referenced Planbook. <br />Enclosed is an invoice for $5,000.00, a Letter of Understanding and a copy of the Contract between the Brooklyn Park EDA and <br />Robert Gerloff Residential Architects. The enclosed Contract and Letter of Agreement are identical to the one we utilized when the <br />last consortium of cities developed the Cape Code and Rambler Planbook and have only been updated to reflect the Brooklyn Park <br />EDA as the contract holder. <br />The purpose of the Letter of Understanding is for each city and county to agree on certain terms with the Brooklyn Park EDA <br />regarding the use of the $5,���.00. It should be noted that the purpose of the Contract with the Architect-is to produce the content of <br />the Planbook and that the cities/counties will then need to raise the funds for publishing it. <br />The Contract amount is $75,000 and the funds will be deposited with the Brooklyn Park EDA, who will then execute the Contract with <br />the Architect and will pay on the Contract from those funds.
