9. Develop, implement and maintain the Department on-line services and web site. <br />10. Work as a productive member of the Parks and Recreations Department team. <br />11. Other duties as assigned <br />Knowledae and Skill Required <br />Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. <br />Ability to work effectively with co-workers, residents, users, and sponsors. <br />Ability to design and apply creative solutions to problems. <br />Minimum Qualifications <br />Bachelor's degree in marketing, event production, Parks and Recreation Administration, <br />facility management or a related area. <br />Two to three years of responsible marketing, programming and or management duties. <br />Department program/facility marketing and facility management experience is desired. <br />Extent of Suoervision <br />Works independently with supervision from the Golf Course Superintendent and the <br />Skating Center Superintendent. <br />Resoonsibilitv for Public Contact <br />Daily and continuous, requiring a high degree of tact, courtesy, and sound judgment. <br />Supervision of Others <br />Direct supervision over: <br />. Clerical Positions (Customer Service Assistants, clerks, etc.) <br />. Part-time staff (3-40, depending on season) <br />
