B. <br />Ordinances/Resolutions <br />[DRAFT—SECOND <br />READING] <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />CITYOFROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEYCOUNTY,MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 1, CHAPTER 105 OF THE <br />ROSEVILLECITYCODE <br />CONCERNINGINDEMNIFICATIONOFPUBLICOFFICIALS <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE ORDAINS: <br />SECTION L Title 1, Chapter 105 of the Roseville City Code is amended to <br />read: <br />105.01: DEFINITIONS: <br />For the purpose of this Chapter, the following definitions are stated: <br />COMMISSION MEMBERS: All persons serving on a commission established by the City <br />Council or by State law as a part of City government including but not limited to, the Planning <br />Commission, �} Civil Service Commission, Human Rights Commission, ��s}� [Public <br />Works and Transportation] Commission and Parks and Recreation Commission. This also <br />includes any member of a commission or other entity appointed or approved by the City Council, <br />pursuant to a 7oint Powers Agreement with other governmental bodies. <br />EMPLOYEES: All employees of the City including part-time employees and volunteers <br />working under the direct supervision of a City employee.
