REQUEST FOR CITY COUNCIL ACTION <br />Department Approval: <br />TP/DPW <br />DA'�"�: (�,/3t�lAA� . <br />ITE�['�'rT�►: ''�: A. <br />Item Description: A request by Masterpiece Homes for Final Plat, Final Development Plan <br />(PUD) and Draft Planned Unit Development Agreement approval of a <br />22 unit town home (two-family residential) planned unit development <br />on 6.9 acres including 2245, 2263 & 2275 County Road B(PF3417). <br />1.0 SACKGROUND: <br />l.l Gordy Howe (Masterpiece Homes) has requested consideration of a 22 unit (44 lot) zero <br />lot line planned unit development in compliance with Section 1008.1OD of the Roseville <br />City Code, hereafter be referred to as Stonecrest. <br />1.2 The proposal seeks approval of a final plat to subdivide three parcels totaling 6.9 acres <br />into 22 zero lot line, owner occupied, townhome units; approval of the Final <br />Development Plan - Planned Unit Development establishing an underlying zoning of <br />R-2, Two Family Residence District; and approval of the Draft Planned Unit <br />Development Agreement. <br />PROJECT REVIEW HISTORY <br />. Application accepted on September 20, 2002. <br />. Application determined complete on September 24, 2002. <br />. 60-day review deadline on November 23, 2002. <br />. Staff Review: Approval with conditions — September 30, 2002. <br />. Council Action on Preliminary Plat/General Concept — August 19, 2002 <br />.
