��.� .T �.._ �� �� August 23, 2002 Ms. Kathleen Agness Schorn Realty 2256 Lexington Avenue Roseville, MN 55 113 RE: Interim Use Permit, 2256 Lexington Avenue (PF3329) Dear NIS Agness: The purpose of this letter is remind you that by action of the City Council September 24,200 1, you were granted an Interim Use Permit to continue the operation of a real estate and mortgage office at 2256 Lexington Avenue for a five-year period, commencing as of September 24, 2001. A copy of the resolution adopted by the Council, on September 24`�, is enclosed. As indicated in the resolution, the five-year interim use permit is to be reviewed administratively on an annual basis with a report to the Planning Commission and Council. The permit was approved contingent upon several conditions (numbered 1 through 14) as listed on pages 2 through 4 of the resolution. During the next 2 weeks, I would like to visit with you and/or Bill Schom on the site to begin preparation of the administrative review for compliance with the resolution's conditions. I will then write a report for Planning Commission review on October 2, 2��2, and the City Council on October 14, 2002. As is customary for any item on the Planning Commission's agenda, a postcard notice of the Planning Commission review on October 2, 2002 will be sent to the property owners within 350 feet of your site. I will call you in next week to set up a tirne for the on site review.
