The photog�ph is taken, it must be at least two (2) inches <br />in len�th bv two (2) inches in width and must be <br />maintained in such a manner that the photo�raph can be <br />readily matched and correlated with all other records of the <br />transaction to which thev relate. Such �hoto�rabhs must be <br />a�ailable to the chief of �olice_ or the chiefs desi n�ee, <br />ubon re�uest. The major �ortion of the �hotograbh must <br />include an identifiable front facial close-up oEthe person <br />who �awned or sold the item. Items �hoto�rabhed must be <br />accurately depicted. The licensee must inform the person <br />that he or she is bein� �hoto abgz hed b�displavin a si�n <br />of sufficient size in a conspicuous place in the premises. If <br />a video photo�raph is taken, the video camera must zoom <br />in on the person nawnin� or sellin� the item so as to <br />include an identifiable close-up of that person's face. ltems <br />photo�raphed by video must be accurately depicted. Video <br />photo�phs must be electronically referenced bv time and <br />date so thev can be readily matched and correlated with all <br />other records of the transaction to which they relate. The <br />licensee must inform the person that he or she is bein� <br />videotaped orally and bv displavin� a si�n of sufficient <br />size in a cons�icuous �lace on the �remises. The licensee <br />must keep the exposed videotape for four (4) months. and <br />furnish it to the police department upon reQuest. <br />bv the police department licensees must fulfill the color photo�raph <br />rec�uirements by submitting them as di '.�u. ��'�mages. in a format s�ecified by the <br />issuin� authoritX. electronicallv cross- referenced to the re�ortable transaction <br />they are associated with. <br />redemptions. the licensee shall provide the ori�inal transaction identifier. the <br />date of the current transaction. the ty�e of transaction. interest char�es accrued, <br />and anv amount paid for the transaction or the article. When an article of <br />purchased or forfeited �ro�ertv is sold or dis�osed of bv a licensee the records <br />shall contain an account of such sale with the date, the amount for which the <br />article was sold. and the full name. current address. and tele�hone number of <br />the person to whom sold. <br />
