A. <br />Department Approval: Agenda Section: <br />DPW/TP r/� ���� CONSENT <br />Item Description: Request by Tim & Marcia Brucciani-Horvath for a variance to Section <br />1016.16A of the Roseville City Code to allow development of a vacant <br />parcel along North Gluek Lane (PF3431). <br />1.0 REQUESTED ACTION: <br />1.1 Tim & Marcia have submitted an application for a 40 foot variance to Section 1016.16A <br />(Structure Design Standards) to allow construction of a home and attached garage on the <br />vacant lot. <br />PROJECT REVIEW HISTORY <br />. Application submitted on September 18, 2002. <br />. Determined complete on September 18, 2002. <br />. 60-day review deadline on November 27, 2002. <br />. Staff Review & Recommendation: Approval — October 2, 2002 <br />. Planning Commission: Hearing & Approval Recommendation — October 2, 2002 <br />. City Council Action: Approval w/Conditions — October 2 1, 2002 <br />2.0 SUMMARY OF RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />2.1 The Community Development Staff recommends approval of a 40 foot setback variance <br />to Section 1016.16A of the Roseville City Code to Tim and Marcia Brucciani-Horvath to <br />allow construction of a principal structure and attached garage on the vacant lot lying <br />along North Gluek Lane, subject to conditions. <br />3.0 SUGGESTED ACTION: <br />3.1 Adopt a resolution with conditions (see Section 8 far more detail). <br />Project information and detailed recommendation on following pages. <br />PF3431 • RCA 102102 - Page 1 of 5 <br />
