B. <br />Department Approval; Agenda Section� <br />D P'W/TP �.��;�GO CONSENT <br />I Description: Request by Mack Meade for a variance to Section 1004.02D� of the <br />Roseville City Code for propert� located at 388 South McCarrons <br />Boulevard (PF3430). <br />1.0 REQUESTED ACTION: <br />l.l Mack Meade has submitted an application for a 13 .5 foot variance to Section 1004.02D4 <br />(Side Yard setback Adjacent a Public Street) to allow construction of certain home <br />improvements and an attached garage to the principal structure at 388 South McCarrons <br />Boulevard. <br />PROJECT REVIEW HISTORY <br />. Application submitted on September 9, 2002. <br />. Determined complete on September 9, 2002. <br />. 60-day review deadline on November 8, 2002. <br />. Staff Review/Recommendation: Approval — October 2, 2002. <br />. Planning Commission: Hearing & Approval Recommendation (5-0) — October 2, 2002. <br />. City Council: Approval — October 2 1, 2002. <br />2.0 SUMMARY OF RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />2.1 The Community Development Staff recommends approval of the 13.5 foot variance to <br />Section 1004.02D4 of the Roseville City Code for Mack Meade to allow garage <br />expansion and living area improvements (above garage) to 388 South McCarrons <br />Boulevard, subject to conditions. <br />3.0 SUGGESTED ACTION: <br />3.1 Adopt a resolution with conditions (see Section 8 far more detail). <br />Project information and detailed recommendation on following pages. <br />PF3430 • RCA 102102 -Page 1 of 5 <br />
