Periodically, structures, <br />scheduled to be demolished, are offered to our fire and police departments for training. These structures are sometimes <br />owned by businesses that request a hold harmless for their corporation. <br />Polic�plications: The City of Roseville would execute a hold harmless agreement for the benefit of the Evangelical <br />Lutheran Good Samaritan Society, doing business as the Whitehouse Good Samaritan Center, located at 563 County Road <br />B. <br />v�nin�rNll � <br />Financial: There are ne financial implications for the execution of this agreement. <br />Staff Recommendation: Staff recommendation is for council to approve the hold harmless agreement for the benefit of <br />the Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society. <br />Council Action Reauested: Motion to execute the hold harmless agreement with Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan <br />Society, doing business as the Whitehouse Good Samaritan Center, located at 563 County Road B for the benefit of fire <br />department and police department training. <br />
