4. Repair of Societv's Premises. Excludin� White House Good Samaritan Center. <br />The City agrees to repair any damage to the Society's Premises or personal property, <br />excluding any damage to the interior and/or e�terior of the White House Good Samaritan <br />Center, caused by the City's access to and use of the Premises for the Training Exercises. <br />5. Post-Trainine Condition of the White House Good Samaritan Center. At the <br />conclusion of the Training Exercises, the interior and e�terior condition of the White House <br />Good Samaritan Center shall be the sole responsibility of the Society. <br />6. Societds Ri�ht to Terminate. The Society may terminate this Agreement at <br />any time at its sole discretion by notifying the Roseville Fire Department, located at 2660 <br />Civic Center Drive, Roseville, MN in writing.
