Other Requirements: <br />1. Certain Businesses In Shopping <br />Center Districts To Be Enclosed: Aii <br />business, storage, service, repair or <br />processing, box and crate storage or <br />merchandise display shall be conduct- <br />ed wholly within an enclosed building <br />or behind a solid fence not less thian <br />five feet (5') high except as allowedl in <br />subsection 1005.01G of this title. <br />2. Communication: All uses within the <br />S-C district shall have, and must post <br />on the exterior premises, a phone <br />number that will be answered by per- <br />sons with authority, including the <br />shopping center manager and the <br />individual store manager, to respond <br />to customer concerns or complaints <br />during business hours or when other <br />related commercial activities occur. <br />3. Security: Commercial property <br />owners will be responsible for provid- <br />ing frequent and thorough security <br />monitoring of commercial areas within <br />three hundred feet (300') of a residen- <br />tial district. <br />4. Site Maintenance: Commercial <br />property owners shall be responsible <br />for daily site monitoring and site main- <br />tenance, including trash pickup in <br />parking areas bordering residential <br />areas.
