EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due ca11 and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, NTinnesota, was held on the 21st day of 2002, at 6:30 p.m. The following members were present: and the following were absent: Councihnember introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN A1�TENDI�TENT TO THE COI�TPREHENSIVE PLAN 1�TAP DESIGNATION FROM "LR", LOW DENSITY TO `B" BUSINESS FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1813 LEkINGTON AVENUE (PF #3427). WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, at a public hearing held on October 2nd, 2002, received a request from the City of Roseville for a correction to the Comprehensive Land Use Plan designation on properiy commonly known as 18 13 Le�ngton Avenue; and WHEREAS, the proposed Comprehensive Land Use Plan Amendment requires a map designation change from "LR" (Low Density Residential) to "B" (Business); and WHEREAS, said property is legally described as: The East 203.07 feet of the South 1/8 of the Northeast'/a of the Southeast'/a also the East 178 feet of the North %2 of the South '/< of the Northeast '/4 of the Southeast '/4 except the North 97 feet thereof, all in Section 15, Township 29, Range 23, according to the United States Government Survey thereof, subject to Lexington Avenue and Garden Avenue adjacent thereto, according to the United States Government Survey thereof, Ramsey County Minnesota. WHEREAS, after required public hearings, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the request for a correction to the Comprehensive Plan;
