EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Nlinnesota, was held on the 21st day of 2002, at 6:30 p.m. The following members were present: and the following were absent: Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN A1�IENDI�IENT TO THE COI�IPREHENSIVE PLAN 1�IAP DESIGNATION FROM `B" BUSINESS TO "LR", LOW FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1125 GARDEN AVENUE (PF #3427). WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, at a public hearing held on October 2nd, 2002, received a request from the City of Roseville for a correction to the Comprehensive Land Use Plan designation on properiy commonly known as 1125 Garden Avenue; and WHEREAS, the proposed Comprehensive Land Use Plan Amendment requires a map designation change from "B" (Business) to "LR" (Low Density Residential); and WHEREAS, said properiy is legally described as: The West 125 feet of the east 328.07 feet of the South 165.04 feet of the Northeast'/a of the Southeast 1/a , subject to easements, within Section 15, Township 29, Range 23 of the City Of Roseville, Ramsey County, Nlinnesota WHEREAS, after required public hearings, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the request for a correction to the Comprehensive Plan;
