ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10, OF THE CITY CODE, <br />CHANGING THE ZONING MAP DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN REAL <br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1125 GARDEN AVENUE FROM B-1 (BUSINESS) TO R-1 <br />(LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL (PF 3427) <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br />Section 1. Purpose. The property described below was rezoned in error by Ordinance <br />974 with City of Roseville Council action taken on June 10, 1985. The purpose of this ordinance <br />is to correct the mistaken designation. <br />Section 2. Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning Amendments) of <br />the City Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, and after the City Planning Commission and <br />Council consideration on Planning File 3427, the following properiy, located at 1125 Garden <br />Avenue is hereby rezoned from B-1, Limited Business to R-1 Residential. <br />The lot is described as follows (all measurements are appro�mate): <br />The West 125 feet of the east 328.07 feet of the South 165.04 feet of the Northeast �/4 of the <br />Southeast '/4 , subject to easements, within Section 15, Township 29, Range 23 of the City Of <br />Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />Section 3. Effective Date.
