AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10, OF THE CITY CODE, CHANGING THE ZONING MAP DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1813 LEXINGTON AVENUE FROM R-1 (LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL) TO B-1 (LIlVIITED BUSINESS) (PF 3427) The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: Section 1. Purpose. The property described below was rezoned in error by Ordinance 974 with City of Roseville Council action taken on June 10, 1985. The purpose of this ordinance is to correct the mistaken designation. Section 2. Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning Amendments) of the City Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, and after the City Planning Commission and Council consideration on Planning File 3427, the following properiy, located at 18 13 Le�ngton Avenue is hereby rezoned to B- 1, Limited Business from R- 1 Residential. The lot is described as follows (a11 measurements are approximate): The East 203.07 feet of the South 1/$ of the Northeast '/a of the Southeast '/a also the East 178 feet of the North %z of the South '/4 of the Northeast '/4 of the Southeast '/4 except the North 97 feet thereof, all in Section 15, Township 29, Range 23, according to the United States Government Survey thereof, subject to Lexington Avenue and Garden Avenue adjacent thereto, according to the United States Government Survey thereof, Ramsey County Minnesota. Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to the City Code shall take effect upon the passage and publication of this ordinance.
