NOTICE OF HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS SS-70-ll, W-70-l2 AND P-ST-70-13 VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOT.A NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, will meet in the community room at Bar Mar Shopping Center, in said village, on the 16th day of March, 1971, at 7:30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, on proposed Improvements SS-70-11, W-70-l2 and P-ST-70-13 consisting of sanitary sewer, watermain, bituminous surfacing, concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer facilities and necessary appurtenances in the general area bounded by Cleveland Avenue on the west, County Road C on the north, Fairview Avenue on the east, and County Road B-2 on the south. The foregoing is all substantially in accordance with a preliminary engineering report which is now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the Village Manager. The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at approximately $804,000. The area proposed to be assessed for the improvement shall be all that part of SeC. 4., T. 29M, R. 23W, .and of Sec. 9, ..T. 29N, R. 23W, described as follows: Beginning at the SE corner of the SW ~ of said sec. 4, thence Northerly on the East line of said SW ~ of said section, a distance of approximately 250 feet to the centerline of County Road "c" as it now exists: thence westerly along the centerline of said County Road "CIt a distance of approximately 1700 feet to a point lying 993 feet easterly of the West line of said SW ~ of said Section 4: thence Southerly and parallel with and 993 feet Easterly of said West line of said SW~, a distance of approximately 70 feet to a point on the South line of said Section 4: thence continuing Southerly and parallel with and 993 feet Easterly of the West line of the NW ~ of Sec. 9, T. 29N, R. 23W for a distance of approximately 570 feet to a point lying 739 feet northerly of the South line of the NW ~ of the mi ~ of said Section 9: thence Westerly and parallel with and 739 feet distance from the South line of said ~ ~ a distance of 993 feet to a point on the West line of said ~ ~: thence Southerly along the West line of said ~ ~ a distance of 739 feet to the SW corner of said ~ ~; thence Easterly along the South line of said ~ ~ approximately l,OOO feet to a point on said South line said point lying 322 feet West of the SE corner . of aa:i,c;l ~~~.~; thenc.e Southerly and parallel and 322 feet
