No one <br />appeared for or against. <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn clarified that no written comment had <br />been received by the Administration Department. Consider Arona Memorandum of Understanding <br />(delayed at United Properties' Request) <br />Community Development Director Dennis Welsch advised <br />that, due to a number of outstanding issues (i.e., holding <br />ponds; Terrace Drive; park improvements; and private <br />pathway system), staff would required another three to <br />four weeks to prepare for a Council presentation of the <br />project. <br />B. Award Audit Services Contract <br />Maschka moved, Kough seconded, approval of a three (3) <br />year contract extension with the audit firm of Kern, <br />DeWenter, Viere, Ltd. for the purposes of performing <br />audit services for the fiscal years 2002 — 2004 in an <br />amount not to exceed $18, 500, $19,150 and $19, 825 <br />respectively. <br />Miller briefly reviewed staff recommendation to negotiate <br />Land Use <br />Reports and <br />Recommendations <br />Arona <br />Development <br />Memorandum <br />of Understanding <br />Audit Services <br />Contract <br />Award <br />
