will not perform legal services in the `Bond Attorney" and <br />"Development Attorney" areas of service as described at p.p. <br />7-8 of the RFP. If services in these areas are provided by the <br />Law Firm, these legal services will be billed to the City by the <br />Law Firm in accordance with the hourly rates set forth in <br />Appendix 1, as adjusted by this Agreement, during the term <br />of this Agreement. <br />1.2.3 Prosecuting Attorney Matters: The Law Firm will not <br />perform legal services in the "Prosecuting Attorney" area of <br />service as described at page 7 of the RFP. <br />2.
