� <br />� <br />4. Renair of Masterpiece Homes Inc. Premises, The City agrees to repair any <br />damage to the Masterpiece Homes. Premises or personal property, excluding any damage to <br />the interior and/or exterior of the houses, caused by the City's access to and use of the <br />Premises for the Training Exercises. <br />5. Post-Trainin� Condition of the Master�iece Homes. At the conclusion of the <br />Training Exercises, the interior and exterior condition of the homes shall be the sole <br />responsibility of Masterpiece Homes Inc. <br />6. Masterpiece Homes Inc. Ri�ht to Terminate. Masterpiece Homes Inc. may <br />terminate this Agreement at any time at its sole discretion by notifying the Roseville Fire <br />Department, located at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, MN in writing.
