g.� SUGGESTED CITY COUNCII, ACTION: <br />8.1 Adopt a resolution granting a 86 square foot variance from Section 1004.O1A4 of the <br />Roseville City Code requested by Mr. Oscar Knudson to allow retention of an <br />existing 230 square foot accessory building for property located at 2749 Woodbridge <br />Street, based on the comments and findings in Section 5 and conditions stipulated in <br />Section 6 of the project report dated December 16, 2002; and <br />8.2 Adopt a resolution granting a conditional use permit to allow a 1,096 square foot <br />detached accessory structure (total size) to remain on the property at 2749 <br />Woodbridge Street, based on the comments and findings in Section 5 and the <br />conditions stipulated in Section 6 of the project report dated December 16, 2002. <br />Prepared by.
