WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding the <br />Knudson variance request on December 4, 2002, and recommended (6-O) approval of the request, <br />based on findings outlined in Section 5 and conditions of Section 6 of the proj ect report dated <br />December 4, 2002. <br />NOW TI�REFORE BE TT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant Oscar <br />Knudson an 86 square foot variance to Section 1004.O1A4 of the Roseville City Code to a11ow <br />the an e�sting attached storage area to remain on a detached accessory building at 2749 <br />Woodbridge Street, based on the findings in Section 5 and of the project report dated December <br />16, 2002 and subject to the following conditions: <br />a. A maximum combined accessory building total size of 1,094. <br />b. The elimination of the allowance of a 120 square foot garden shed (allowed under Section <br />1004.01 A2) <br />c. The use of the detached accessory buildings (garage) being limited to residential storage <br />and use only. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in fa�or: <br />and the following voted against: <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />2 <br />
