Oscar Knudson <br />2749 Woodbridge St. <br />Roseville, Mn. 55113 <br />1 0-23-02 <br />To whom it may concern <br />The purpose of this request is to obtain permission to allow for the continued use of a <br />storage shed which is attached to the original portion of the garage which was enlarged in <br />the fa11 of 200L The total size of the enlarged garage without the shed is 864 sf. A permit <br />was obtained to enlarge the structure with the understanding that the shed would be <br />removed. The shed is 230 sf in size and was part of the existing structure when I <br />purchased the properiy approximately 19 years ago. <br />The shed is used to store lawn and garden equipment, a motorcycle, a canoe and other <br />items.
