Special Minimum Requirements: <br />1, All uses shall be subject to Business Park Design Standards as <br />specified in Section 1010. <br />2. Maximum Floor Area Ratio: No maximum floor area ratio is required. <br />A minimum floor area ratio shall be 0.5 achievable in stages through a <br />planned unit development. A ma�mum floor area ratio shall be 0.75 <br />unless increased within the planned unit development agreement. <br />3. Setbacks: <br />a. Front Yard Setback: Unless specified otherwise in the <br />planned unit develonment a�reement, the �ront yard setback <br />shall be thirty feet (30') <br />the minimum front <br />yard setback for parking from a vublic ri�ht of wav shall be a <br />minimum of fifteen feet (15'), with landscape screening <br />� <br />
