F The sign meeting all other applicable Codes. 7.0 PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: 7.1 On December 4, 2002, the Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding the variance request by Grace Church. At this hearing an area resident addressed the Commission regarding ground lighting shining into oncoming traffic and whether that could be eliminated with the new sign. The City Planner indicated that the new sign would extend to the ground leaving no gap as is the case with the e�sting signs and Commissioner Mulder requested that Grace Church review lighting options for the sign. 7.2 The Commission voted (6-0) to recommend approval of a 15 foot variance to Section 1009.03M of the Roseville City Code to replace a sign along County Road B2 and a 12 foot variance to Section 1009.03M of the Roseville City Code to replace a sign along Hamline Avenue, both for Grace Church Roseville, 13 10 County Road B2, based on the findings in Section 5 and conditions of Section 6 of the project report dated December 4, 2002. 8.0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION: 8.1 Adopt a resolution granting a 15 foot variance to Section 1009.03M of the Roseville City Code to replace the sign along County Road B2 and a 12 foot variance to Section 1009.03M of the Roseville City Code to replace the sign along Hamline Avenue, both for Grace Church Roseville, 1310 County Road B2, based on the findings in Section 5 and conditions of Section 6 of the project report dated December 16, 2002.
