EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 16" day of December, 2002, at 6:30 p. m. The following members were present: and the following were absent: Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION APPROVING A 1 FOOT VARIANCE TO SECTION 1004.02D5 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 700 COUNTY ROAD B2 (PF 3443). WHEREAS, Richard & Joan Prokop has requested a variance to Section 1004.02D5 of the Roseville City Code to a11ow a one foot encroachment into the required five foot side yard setback; and as: WHEREAS, the Prokop parcel is located at 700 County Road B2 and legally described at Lot 3, Block 1, Arbell; PID Number: 11-2923-41-0005 WHEREAS, Section 1004.02D5 of the Roseville City Code requires a minimum side yard setback of five feet; and WHEREAS, the Prokop proposal seeks to encroach one foot into the required side yard setback; and WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding the Prokop variance request to Section 1004.O1D5 of the Roseville City Code on December 4, 2002, and recommended (4-2) approval of the request, based on findings outlined in Section 5 and conditions of Section 6 of the project report dated December 4, 2002. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant Richard & Joan Prokop a one foot variance to Section 1004.O1d5 of the Roseville City Code to allow an attached garage four feet from a side yard properiy line for properiy at 700 County Road B2, based on the findings in Section 5 and of the project report dated December 16, 2002 and subject to the following conditions: a. All existing and proposed building and site improvements sha11 not exceed 4,577 square feet of impervious area.
