EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of <br /> Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 25th day of October, 2010, at 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Johnson, Roe, Ihlan, Pust and Klausing. <br /> and the following were absent: none. <br /> Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION No. 10852 <br /> RESOLUTION REQUESTING 2011 SCORE FUNDING GRANT <br /> FOR USE IN ROSEVILLE'S RESIDENTIAL RECYCLING PROGRAM <br /> WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council is committed to residential waste abatement through its curbside <br /> recycling program, Clean Up Day, and Leaf Pick Up Program; and <br /> WHEREAS, in order to improve Roseville's waste abatement programs and minimize the cost to Roseville <br /> residents; and <br /> WHEREAS, Ramsey County has SCORE Funding Grants available for 2011; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Manager is authorized to submit a grant application to <br /> Ramsey County for a 2011 SCORE Funding Grant and that that grant will be used for Roseville's waste <br /> abatement programs. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Pust, and upon a vote <br /> being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Johnson, Roe, Ihlan, Pust and Klausing <br /> and the following voted against the same: none. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
