PURSUANT TO <br /> MINNESOTA STATUTES, <br /> SECTIONS 469.152 THROUGH <br /> 469.1651, AS AMENDED <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that <br /> the City Council (the "Council of the <br /> City of Roseville, Minnesota (the <br /> "City will hold a public hearing on <br /> Monday, November 15, 2010, at or <br /> after 6:00 p.m. at the City Council <br /> Chambers, 2660 Civic Center Drive <br /> in the City for the purpose of <br /> conducting a public hearing on a <br /> proposal that it consent to the City of <br /> Bloomington issuing its Senior <br /> Housing Refunding Revenue Bonds <br /> (Presbyterian Homes Gideon Pond <br /> and Gardens Project), Series 2010 <br /> (the 'Bonds in one or more series. <br /> The proceeds of the Bonds will be <br /> loaned to Gideon Pond Commons, <br /> LLC, a Minnesota nonprofit limited <br /> liability company, the sole member of <br /> which is Presbyterian Homes <br /> Bloomington Care Center, Inc., or <br /> another affiliate of Presbyterian <br /> Homes Bloomington Care Center, <br /> Inc. (the 'Borrower") and used to: (i) <br /> refund a portion of the Health Care <br /> and Housing Revenue Refunding <br /> Bonds, Series 1999A, issued by the <br /> City of Arden Hills, Minnesota on Inc.
