<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Uinnesota <br />March 29, 1971 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, ~1innesota, <br /> <br />was held in the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the 29th <br /> <br />day of March, 1971, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen <br />Linebarger, Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Moll <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />After a discussion of the views presented by persons <br /> <br />appearing at the public hearing for Improvement SS-W-P-71-12 <br /> <br />on March 16, 1971, Councilman Grauel <br /> <br />then introduced <br /> <br />the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5637 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF <br />IMPROVEMENT SS-W-P-71-12 UNDER AND <br />PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, the Council held a public hearing <br />purs~ant to published notice, on the proposed construction <br />of Improvement SS-W-P-7l-12, consisting of sanitary sewer, <br />watermain, bituminous street, concrete curb and gutter, drainage <br />improvements and necessary appurtenances in the area bounded <br />by Laurie Road, Trunk Highway 36, Fairview and Snelling Avenues <br />as described in the notice of hearing at a cost presently <br />estimated to be approximately $308,011, and substantially in <br />accordance with the preliminary engineer's report as to the <br />feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of <br />the Village Manager; and having considered the views of all <br />
