<br />EXTRACT OF ~lINUTES OF ~<1EETING OF 11lli VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD HARG! 29, 1971 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall, 2701 North Lexington, <br />Roseville, Minnesota, on the 29th day of March, 1971. <br /> <br />The following lOOmbers were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen <br />Linebarger, Anderson, Curley and Grauel <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />~mber Graue 1 <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUfrON NO. 5640 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears in the best interest of the Village of <br />Roseville to transfer foods to the Contingency Food from the Liquor, <br />Sanitary Sewer and Water Foods for the year 1970, per request of <br />auditors so that salary increases will be paid by these ftmds and <br />not from the Contingency Fund; <br /> <br />NOW, TllliREFOIlli, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the <br />Village of Roseville, Minnesota, that the following budgetary ftmds <br />be increased and decreased as indicated: <br /> <br />Fund <br /> <br />Increase <br /> <br />Ie ere ase <br /> <br />Contingency <br />Liquor <br />Sanitary Sewer <br />Water <br /> <br />$15,557.00 <br /> <br />$ 6, 20 7. 00 <br />5,419.00 <br />3,931.00 <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by ~l~mber Anderson and upon a vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
