<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING
<br />OF CITY COUNCIL
<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE
<br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA
<br />
<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
<br />Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall
<br />in said City on Monday, February 28, 1994, at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
<br />
<br />The following members were present: Goedeke, Mastel, P. Johnson, Wiski,
<br />and V. Johnson and the following were absent: None.
<br />
<br />Councilmember P. Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved
<br />its adoption:
<br />
<br />RESOLUTION NO. 9064

<br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF
<br />IMPROVEMENTS P-94-02 and ST-94-04, NEIGHBORHOOD 44
<br />AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council of the city of Roseville
<br />adopted February 14, 1994, fixed a date for a public hearing on Projects
<br />P-94-02 and ST-94-04, Neighborhood 44; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice was given;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the city of Roseville,
<br />Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes,
<br />Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public hearing on February
<br />28, 1994, to consider the proposed construction of Improvement P-94-02,
<br />Neighborhood 44, consisting of the installation of bituminous paving,
<br />concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer service repair, and necessary
<br />appurtenances on all that property abutting:

<br />st. Croix Street, County Road B north to cul-de-sac
<br />st. Stephens Street, County Road B north to cul-de-sac
<br />Marion Road, County Road B north to T.H. 36 Frontage Road
<br />Laurie Road, Fulham Road to Marion Road
<br />Eustis street, County Road B north to cul-de-sac
<br />Acorn Road, County Road B north to T.H. 36 Frontage Road
<br />
<br />and Improvement ST-94-04, Neighborhood 44, consisting of the installation
<br />of storm sewer facilities and necessary appurtenances including all that
<br />property bounded by:
<br />
<br />Highway 36 on the north, County Road B on the south,
<br />T.H. 280 on the west, and Cleveland Avenue on the east
<br />
<br />as described in the Notice of Hearing at a cost presently estimated at
<br />$811,894.37 for Project P-94-02, Neighborhood 44, and at $466,457.50 for
<br />Project ST-94-04, Neighborhood 44 and substantially in accordance with
<br />the preliminary report as to the feasibility thereof which is now on
<br />file in the office of the city Manager; at which all persons desiring to
<br />be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, and having
<br />considered the views of all interested persons, the Council does hereby
<br />determine and order that said street improvement and said storm sewer
<br />improvement shall be constructed and financed for the following streets:
