EXTRACT OF ~nNUTES OF [,lEETING OF TilE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, HINNESOTA, HELD April 26, 1971 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, RaTILc;ey CmUlty, r1ilmesota, was duly held in the Village 11:'111, 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on the 26 day of April 1971. 111e follmving members \\Tere present: Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Linebarger Mayor Holl, CotmcilJren and the follo'ving \\Tere absent: None r~T!1ber Curley and moved its adoption: introduced the following resolution HESOLtITION NO. 5650 WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Roseville believes it is in the best interest of all tvlinnesotans for the State of Minnesota to establish a zoological ga rden ; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village Cmmcil of Roseville urges the Minnesota State Legwslature to adopt Legislation that \\Tould create a state zoological garden. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconJed by r'~T!1ber Anderson and upon a vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: All present (Omd the following voted against: None h1ll:RE1])ON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
