Jo1Ú1.5011 inÚOducea-'tJie--fõllówfng resolutiöri iïriQ'JÏÏoved 1ts adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9065 RESOLUTION APPROVING TIm ESTABLISHMENT OF 'TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 14 AND APPROVING THE TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN RELATING THERETO BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Roseville, Minnesota (the "City") as (oHows: Section 1. Recitals 1.01 It has been proposed that the City establish Tax Increment Financing District No. 14. and approve and adopt a Tax Increment Financing Plan relating thereto, all pursuant to and in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469,124 through 469.134, as amended, and Minnesota Statute~, Sections 469.174 through 469.179. inclusive, as amended. 1.02. The Council has investigated the facts and has caused to be prepared a proposed Tu Increment Financing Plan for Tax Increment Financina District No. 14. 1.03. The City has performed all actions required by law to be performed prior to the establishment of Tax Increment Financing District No. 14, and the adoption of the proposed Tax Increment Financing Plan relating thereto. including, but not limited to, notification of Ramsey County and Independent School District No. 621 and Special Intermediate School District No. 916, and the holding of a public hearing upon published and maiJed notice as required by Jaw.
