<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Mi~ota <br />May 10,.1971" <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />was held in the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the <br />10th day of May, 1971, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Acting Mayor Curley <br /> <br />and Councilmen Anderson and Grauel: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Mayor Moll and Councilman <br /> <br />Linebarger. <br /> <br />Councilman Grauel introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5652 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF <br /> <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of <br />Belmont Lane from Fernwood to Dellwood by the installation of <br />sanitary sewer, watermain, bituminous surfacing, concrete curb <br />and gutter and drainage facilities. filed with the Council on <br />April 12 . 1971, and asking that the entire cost of the <br />improvements be assessed against the petitioner, is hereby <br />declared to be signed by the 100 percent of the owners of pro- <br />perty affected thereby in conformity with M.S. 429.031 (3). <br />
