The advertisement for <br />Combined Improvement of 1971, Series 1 shall be published as <br />required by law, shall specify the work to be done, shall <br />call for bids upon the basis of a cash payment for such work, <br />shall state that the bids will be opened and considered by the <br />village Manager and the Village Public Works Director at 11:30 <br />o'clock a.m. on June 3, 1971, in the Village Hall, that no bids <br />will be considered unless sealed and filed with the Clerk and <br />accompanied by a cash deposit, certified check or bid bond <br />payable to the manager for ten per cent (10%) of the amount of <br />such bid. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman Anderson and, upon vote being taken <br /> <br />thereon, the following voted in favor: All <br /> <br />and the following against: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
