Series 2 <br />shall be pUblished as required by law, shall specify the <br />work to be done, shall call for bids upon the basis of a <br />cash payment for such work. shall state that the bids will <br />be opened and considered by the village Manager and Village <br />Public Works Director at 11:30 o' c1ocka_.m. on Juna .!1-, <br />1971. in the Village Hall. that no bids will be considered <br />unless sealed and filed with the Manager and accompanied <br />by a cash deposit. certified check or bid bond payable to <br />the Manager for ten per cent (10%) of the amount of such bid. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Grauel <br /> <br />and. upon vote <br /> <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against: <br /> <br />None <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
