<br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />N 0 <br /> <br />J I <br />,(,;' I <br />, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ray Kroiss, as owner and develolEr, has entered into an <br /> <br />Agreement with the Village of Roseville to install or constrLlCt Sanitary <br /> <br />Sewer in Kroiss Ebmesites No. 2 on Grotto Street running north from County <br /> <br />Road B to Sherren Avenue and west on Sherren Avenue approximately 700 feet, and <br /> <br />WID~REAS, said Ray Kroiss has filed and also made his request for final <br /> <br />acceptance of said Sanitary Sewer by the Village of Roseville, and, <br /> <br />Wln~REAS, the Village Engineer has examined and inspected said Sanitary <br /> <br />Sewer ancl has filed his Certificate indicating that the construction of said <br /> <br />Sanitary Sewer has been completed in accordance with all the requirements of <br /> <br />the Agreement and recommends the acceptance of said Sanitary Sewer by the Village. <br /> <br />NOH, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Sanitary Sewer located in or <br /> <br />upon Grotto Street running north from County Road B to Sherren Avenue and west <br /> <br />on Sherren Avenue approximately 700 feet be and is hereby accepted by the <br /> <br />Village of Roseville as part of its Sanitary Sewer system and that Ray Kroiss <br /> <br />as installer, and the Ohio Farmers Insurance Company as bonding company, be <br /> <br />and are hereby released from any further liability for construction and main- <br /> <br />tenance of said Sanitary Sewer. <br /> <br />Accepted by the Village Council this <br /> <br />I <br />) 1 . \ day of <br /> <br />/...,.. <br />.I .' <br /> <br />, 19~. <br /> <br />--1/~ -Zl< ~. tfs~ <br />Mayo r <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />,:'7;,/- -7 /1 / <br />/pt~(j4~~ <br /> <br />Clerk <br />
