<br />l. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed <br />is hereby declared to be $ 24.346.70 <br /> <br />2. The Village Manager, together with the assistance of <br />the Village Public Worlcs Director and Fiscal Consultant, shall <br />forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed <br />for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece or parcel <br />of land within the district affected, without regard to cash <br />valuation, as provided by law, and he shall file a copy of such <br />proposed assessment in his office for publiC inspection. The <br />village Manager may arrange for the assistance of Data Processing <br />of the County of Ramsey in the preparation of the proposed assess- <br />ment roll. <br /> <br />3. The Village Manager shall, upon completion of such <br />proposed assessment, notify the council thereof for their further <br />action and for their setting of an assessment hearing therefor. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregOing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman <br /> <br />Curley <br /> <br />. and upon vote <br /> <br />being taken thereon, the follOWing voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />All present <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
