<br />1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is <br />hereby declared to be $ l67 ,4l8. 00 <br /> <br />2. The Village Manager, together with the assistance of the <br />Village Consulting Engineer , shall forthwith calculate the <br />proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement against <br />every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district <br />affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, <br />and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in his office <br />for public inspection. The Village Manager may arrange for the <br />assistance of the Data ProceSSing Division of the County of <br />Ramsey in the preparation of the proposed assessment roll. <br /> <br />3. The Village Manager shall, upon completion of such proposed <br />assessment, notify the Council thereof for their further action and <br />for their setting of an assessment hearing therefor. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman <br /> <br />Anderson <br /> <br />I and upon <br /> <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
