<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD July 12, 1971 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called <br />and held at the Village Hall in said Village on July 12, 1971 <br /> <br />'fl1e following members were pres en t: Acting Mayor Linebarger, <br /> <br />Cm.U1cilnen Anderson, Grauel and Curley <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: Mayor Moll <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following <br />Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5681 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council determined that certain lands <br />are tax delinquent in the Village of Roseville and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council has determined that it would <br />be in the public interest to acquire said lands to allow the <br />residents of the Village of Roseville access to Lake McCarrons <br />by acquiring said lands and providing a 30 foot strip of land; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />'fl1e Mayor and Manager are authorized and directed to sign <br />an application, a copy of which is attached hereto and marked <br />Exhibit "A". <br /> <br />'fl1e Manager is instructed to fill out all necessary forms to <br />facilitate the application of Exhibit "A". <br /> <br />'fl1e motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Anderson , and upon a vote <br />being taken, the following voted in favor of the resolution: <br /> <br />All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br />
