<br />4. Hot and cold running water and sanitary disposal shall be available within the Center. <br /> <br />5. The license shall be applicable for the period of April 1, 1994 through June 30, 1995. <br /> <br />6. The license fee shall be prorated for the remainder of 1994 (April-June) and the annual fee <br />for July 1994 through June 1995 ($130). <br /> <br />7. The applicant shall provide a letter from the property owner and/or tenant agreeing to the use <br />of the site for a Veterinarian Examination and Inoculation Center. <br /> <br />8. The applicant shall post, in a conspicuous location within the Center, a list of all practicing <br />veterinarians within the community and/or provide each customer with a handout detailing <br />the name, address, phone number of each practicing veterinarian in the community. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member <br />V. Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof; <br />Wiski, Goedeke, and V. Johnson, <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />Mastel and P.
