<br />Extract of tunutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Rosevi1le, Ramsey County, ~annesota <br />llugust 9, 1971 <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was held in the Village Hall on August 9, 1971, at <br />7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members t"ere present: Mayor Moll and Councilmen <br /> <br />Curley, Grauel, . Linebarger and Ande:r:'son <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />* * * * <br /> <br />The Village Manager presented to the Council the proposed <br /> <br />assessment roll for Combined Improvement of 1971, Series 2 <br /> <br />prepared by him with the assistance of the vinage consulting <br /> <br />engineers <br /> <br />as directed by the Council on June 21, 1971, and <br /> <br />reported that the assessment roll is now on file in his office <br /> <br />and open to public inspection. <br /> <br />Councilman Grauel then introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5694 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR HEARING ON THE <br />PROPOSED ASSESS.lYlENT FOR COMBINED IMPROVEMENT <br />OF 1971, SERIES 2 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, that the proposed assessment roll for Combined <br />Improvement of 1971, Series 2 now on file and open to public <br />
