<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of aoseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />August 9, 1971 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Boseville, Minnesota, <br />was held in the Village Hall in said Village on !ot>nday, the 9th <br />day of August, 1971, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor MOll and <br /> <br />Councilmen Linebarger, Anderson, Curley and Grauel: <br />and the following were absent: lbne. <br />Councilman Grauel introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5695 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF <br /> <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of the <br />frontage road on the west side of Cleveland Avenue between County <br />~ad B and Trunk Highway 36 by the installation of sanitary sewer <br />and watermain, filed with the Council on August 4, 1971, and <br />asking that the entire cost of the ~provement be assessed against <br />the petitioner, is hereby declared to be signed by 100 percent of <br />the owners of property affected thereby in conformity with M.S. <br />429.031 (3). <br /> <br />2. The petition is hereby referred to the Village PUblic <br />Wbrks Director and he is instructed to report to the Council with <br />all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as <br />
