EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCn. CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City ofRoseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, April 11, 1994, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Wi ski, Goedke, P. Johnson, Mastel, and V. Johnson, and the following members were absent: None. Councilmember P. Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9071 RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENT P-SS-W-ST-94-06, ARTHUR STREET EXTENSION NORTH OF COUNTY ROAD C AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on March 28, 1994, to consider the construction of Arthur Street extension north of County Road C, City Project P-SS-W-ST-94-06; and WHEREAS, required mailed and published notices were given; and WHEREAS, the City Council directed staff to provide more information to the property owners; and WHEREAS, the City Council continued the public hearing until April 11, 1994; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council continued the public hearing on March 28, 1994, to April 11, 1994, to consider the proposed construction of City Improvement P-SS-W-ST- 94-06 consisting of the construction of Arthur Street extension north of County Road C as described in the Notice of Hearing at a cost presently estimated at $379,030 with costs being assessed against benefiting property owners and substantially in accordance with the preliminary report as to the feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of the City Manager; at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, and having considered the views of all interested persons, the Council does hereby determine and order that said improvement shall be constructed and financed. The consulting firm ofBRW, Inc. is designated as the Engineer for the project and is requested to prepare and submit to the Council the final plans and specifications for the improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Mastel and upon roll call vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Wiski, Goedeke, P. J ohoson, Mastel, and V. Johnson and the following voted against the same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
