<br />Extract of Minutes of Neetinp- of the <br />Village Cmmcil <br />Vi1l2Fe of Ro seville <br />County of Ramsey <br />state of Hirmesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council <br /> <br />of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota 'l^ras duly held in the Village Hall <br /> <br />at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Rosevil1e, Jv1innesota, on Monday, the <br />August <br /> <br />23rd <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />, 197~, at 7:30 o'clock <br /> <br />P .r'l. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Anderson, <br />Grauel and Linebarger <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member <br /> <br />Anderson <br /> <br />introduced the follovring resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5715 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />REIATING TO WATER IMPROVll1ENT NO. 64-7 <br />(Auditor No. 379) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Assessment Roll for 'dater Improvement No. 6l.t.-7 as amended and adopted <br /> <br />on October 11, 1965, was certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County and since that <br /> <br />date a number of parcels of' property contained vrUhin said assessment roll have been <br /> <br />divided and conveyed, it requires that apportionment of the original assessment be made <br /> <br />by the Village Council of the Village cf Roseville in order t.hat the proper assessment <br /> <br />can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter. <br /> <br />NO'Vl, THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby make <br /> <br />the following apportionment of' original assessment agail1.cst the following described <br /> <br />properties: <br />
