<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />Held September 13, 1971 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held in the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the 13th <br /> <br />day of September, 1971, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll and Councilmen <br /> <br />Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Linebarger? <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />After a discussion of the views presented by the affected pro- <br /> <br />perty owners at the public assessment hearing on September 8, 1971, <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Grauel <br /> <br />introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5718 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING ASSESSMENTS <br />FOR COMBINED IMPROVEMENT OF 1971, SERIES 2 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Rose- <br /> <br />ville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1.
