WHAT CAN I DO IN MY EVERYDAY ACTIONS TO PROMOTE HUMAN RIGHTS? <br />At school I can treat everyone -ib the same amount of respect and <br />indn S- no matter what their race is. The color of their skin and <br />id ppe.r e has nothing o do with their inner personality. I also <br />can respect the handicapped and disabled by helping them and not teasing <br />them. I should take advantage of opportunities to help them -In self <br />esteem. I should not judge people by the clothes they wear or their sense <br />of style. I can be a f1riend to evaryDne by just saying "hello" when <br />loin down the halls in school. I can also promote human rights by <br />reps. ng other people's decisions. Even if T disagree with them, I can <br />respect the reasons for their decision, <br />In my community, I can take care of public property. Public i <br />Such as parks and schools belong o en yone. If I take care of what <br />use and keep things 1_,lean, they will be nice for the next person. Every- <br />one de eD to have a nice place o to school. I can also respect <br />private property. I will not take anything unless I ask the owner. It <br />is showing courtesy and respect to ask permission to use something that <br />belongs tO SOM2one else.
